Manufacturing processes
Working in the DT workshop I have developed a keen interest in manufacturing processes. During my time as a technician, some of the most notable processes I used were sand casting, wood carving, CNC plasma cutting and carbon fibre layup.

Having bought a FDM printer and worked with many on my gap year, I have a deep knowledge of the process. Here are some pictures of my use of dual filament printing, single line extrusion, print in place structures, flexible filament and more!
